Kolappa Gandhan

Kolappa Gandhan currently serves as the R & D Head - Clearing at MACH, overseeing the Roaming Clearing Platform since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kolappa held the position of Vice President at both AQR Capital Management from April 2021 to March 2024 and JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2014 to April 2021, focusing on people and program management. Kolappa's earlier career includes a Development Manager role at Starhome Mach from June 2008 to July 2014 and a Technical Associate position at Tech Mahindra from April 2005 to February 2008. Kolappa earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras between 2000 and 2004, and completed Higher Secondary education in Mathematics and Science at Good Shepherd Mat School from 1998 to 2000.
