Jaclyn Esparza

Jaclyn Esparza is a seasoned professional in product development and sourcing, currently serving as the Category Sourcing & Product Development Manager for Men’s Woven Tops at Tommy Bahama since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jaclyn accumulated extensive experience at Nordstrom over nearly seven years, where responsibilities included developing soft accessories and women's and girls' activewear, collaborating closely with design and merchant teams while establishing relationships with overseas manufacturers. Jaclyn's earlier career includes positions at C.I. Castro & Co. as a Design & Product Development Assistant, Gap Inc./Banana Republic as a Sales Associate, and various roles at Vector Marketing, including Branch Manager. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from the University of the Incarnate Word.
