Joseph L. Jefferson

Joseph L. Jefferson, MSF, possesses extensive experience in retail management and community engagement. Currently serving as the District Manager for Tommy Bahama since July 2018, Joseph has progressively taken on roles from Store Manager to District Manager across various locations, effectively overseeing retail operations and improving sales performance. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Director at SEEDS INTERNATIONAL CORP, where Joseph led a Special Olympics team and developed programs for young adults with special needs. Joseph's background also features managerial positions at Abercrombie & Fitch and a role as a Financial Advisor at Primerica, complemented by an MBA in Finance from Florida International University and a BS in Business Administration from Webber International University.
