Meghan Spence

Meghan (Mae) Spence currently serves as a Technology Leader in Strategy, Planning & Operations at Tommy Bahama, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Meghan worked as a Business Consultant at Forum Solutions LLC from March 2020 to June 2024, assisting leaders in both business and non-profit sectors with organizational transformation. Previously, at Starbucks from October 2008 to March 2020, Meghan held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Planning & Implementation, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a $60M budget, managing contact center operations, and leading strategic initiatives for service and resource optimization. Additional experience includes significant contributions to Learning & Development, Business Optimization, and Global Supply Chain & Logistics at Starbucks. Meghan holds an M.B.A. in Sustainable Business from Pinchot University and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Washington.
