Mike Barrow

Mike Barrow is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail management. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Retail, Marlin Bars & Guest Services at Tommy Bahama since October 2011, Mike Barrow leads efforts to enhance guest experiences and optimize financial performance across full-price retail in North America. Previous roles include Vice President of Retail and Director of Retail Stores at Tommy Bahama, where strategic implementation and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Prior to Tommy Bahama, Mike Barrow held the position of Regional Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, overseeing numerous stores and district managers, and served as General Manager for Restoration Hardware and Roadhouse Grill, where impactful operational leadership was demonstrated. Mike Barrow earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business.
