Ryan Timm is a seasoned sourcing and product development professional with significant experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Category Sourcing and Product Development Manager at Tommy Bahama since August 2020, Ryan leads the global sourcing strategy for Men’s outerwear, swim, and bottoms categories, emphasizing strong vendor relationships. Previously, Ryan served as the Director of New Business Development at Toysmith, where management of product life cycles and innovative go-to-market strategies resulted in substantial revenue growth. Earlier roles include Sr. Manager of Product Development and Innovation at Filson, Senior Manager of Global Sourcing at Eddie Bauer, and various positions at Kohl's Department Stores, contributing to the development of leading categories for private brands. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising with a minor in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
