Serena Raven

Serena Raven is an accomplished design and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Director of Design & Supply Chain Systems & Processes at Tommy Bahama since April 2022, Serena previously held the role of Manager/Senior Manager in the same department from 2015 to 2022, leading process improvement initiatives and managing FlexPLM functionalities. Prior experience includes founding West & Harlow, a size-inclusive fashion boutique, and positions at Inside Inc, REI, Eddie Bauer, and Nordstrom Product Group, where Serena developed seasonal collections and contributed to brand relaunches. Educated at Seattle Central College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and training in machine knitting, Serena combines creative design expertise with strategic supply chain management.
