Brittney Kawa

Brittney Kawa is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tommy John since April 2021, Kawa previously held significant roles at Collins Aerospace, including 787 Onsite Operations Manager and 787 Operations Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, driving project completion, and enhancing logistical support. Prior experience includes quality engineering and manufacturing engineering at Pratt & Whitney, as well as an internship at The Hanover Insurance Group. Kawa holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University and a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
