Maurita Mondanaro

Maurita Mondanaro currently serves as Vice President of Design Operations, Color and Concept at Tommy John, where responsibilities include creating and leading seasonal concept direction for Men's and Women's Underwear while driving the visual product aesthetic. Before joining Tommy John in October 2023, Maurita held several leadership roles at Calvin Klein from June 2013 to July 2023, including Vice President Global Concepts, Operations, and Group Vice President of Licensing Concept Design, where expertise in global design directives and licensing strategies was demonstrated. Maurita began a lengthy career at Calvin Klein in October 1996 and progressed through roles such as Graphic Designer and Color Library Manager. Prior to that, Maurita worked at Warnaco from February 2003 to June 2013 in various design operations positions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Northern Illinois University.
