Guthrie Paterson has held various leadership roles in finance, legal, and operations across different companies. Currently, Paterson serves as the SVP of Legal & Finance at Tomo, a board member at Comtex News Network, and an Advisory Board Member at 3ig Ventures. With a background in corporate law and finance, Paterson has extensive experience in leading business development, legal, sales operations, and procurement functions. Prior to current roles, Paterson worked as the Chief Development & Legal Officer at Trace3 and Managing Director at InstantScale Capital. Paterson's educational background includes a BA in Political Science and History from Duke University and a JD (Cum Laude) from SMU Dedman School of Law.
