Beth Bierbower

Advisory Board Member at Tomorrow Health

Beth Bierbower is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Beth currently serves on the advisory board for Tomorrow Health, and was previously a consultant, segment president for Humana, COO for HealthAmerica, and board member for Clara Insurance.

Beth began their career in 1989 as the COO for HealthAmerica in Pittsburgh. Beth was responsible for developing new integrated business models and led the organization into Consumer Driven Healthcare Products and services including Health Savings Accounts. In 1997, they became the VP of Program Management for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Under their leadership, the team at Highmark developed several "first mover" products and technology based services that generated over $1B in annual revenue and increased customer retention. Beth transitioned the organization into Consumer Driven Healthcare Products and services including Health Savings Accounts. In 2001, they left Highmark to become a consultant.

In 2020, Beth joined the advisory board for Tomorrow Health. Tomorrow Health is a company that is redefining how people access and manage their health by providing on-demand access to personalized care teams.

Beth Bierbower graduated from Carlow University with a BA in Sociology. Beth then went on to Carnegie Mellon University to earn their MPM in Public Management.
