Lisa Holmes is an experienced professional currently serving as the County Administrator for Tompkins County since September 2018, after previously holding the position of Deputy County Administrator. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Director of the Tompkins County Office for the Aging from 2006 to August 2018. Lisa holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University.
