Norma Jayne

Norma Jayne currently serves as the Deputy County Administrator and Budget Director for Tompkins County, a position held since February 2022. In addition, Norma is the Operations Manager at Warren Real Estate since November 2019, where responsibilities include agent orientation, oversight of company resources and systems, human resources management, and collaboration on financial records and budgets. Previous experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ithaca Board of Realtors from July 2010 to November 2019, an Executive Assistant at Tompkins County Administration from April 2001 to July 2010, and a Real Property Systems Specialist at the Tompkins County Division of Assessment from March 1997 to April 2001. Norma holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from SUNY Delhi and a degree in Business Administration from Tompkins Cortland Community College.
