Jim Serstad

Jim Serstad is an accomplished professional in robotics and product development, currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Tompkins Robotics since August 2017. In this role, Jim Serstad oversees the creation of innovative robotics systems and hardware for t-Sort, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in distribution and fulfillment processes. Previously, Jim Serstad held the position of Principal at Tompkins International and served as Managing Director for Asia, focusing on warehouse robotics. Jim Serstad earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business, and has international educational experience from Tsinghua University and the University of Minnesota.
