Bhd. since January 2018, Suan See Tan has led a consulting firm dedicated to transforming organizational challenges into competitive advantages. Currently serving as a Business Partner at Tompkins Ventures since February 2023, Suan See Tan focuses on addressing key issues in entrepreneurial growth, industrial development, and logistics. Previous roles include Head of Supply Chain Strategies at Dyson and Global Supply Chain General Manager at Dexion, where strategic planning and operational optimization were paramount. Suan See Tan also held prominent positions as Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Logistics at Ansell and Asia Pacific Supply Chain General Manager at BBraun Medical Industries. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and an MBA in General Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
