Patricia A. Johnson

Patricia A. Johnson has served as a Director of the Company since 2006, and as a Director of Tompkins Trust Company since 2002. As of January 2014, Ms. Johnson became the Vice President for Finance and Administration with Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. She had previously been with Cornell University, starting as the Assistant Treasurer in 1995, was appointed Treasurer in March 1999, and in 2007, was appointed Associate Vice President & Treasurer. Ms. Johnson served on the finance committee of Planned Parenthood of the Southern Finger Lakes, and was a Director of the Legacy Foundation of Tompkins County, TC3 Community College, the Social Service League, and the Tompkins County Public Library Foundation. She is currently a director and the finance chair for Market Matters, a not for profit located in Ithaca, NY which provides business training to residents of South Africa, director, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, director, Manufacturers Resource Center and Director, Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania. She was also a member of the NACUBO Accounting Principles Council and the Association for Financial Professionals.
