Tessa James is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational roles across various organizations. Currently serving as HR-chef at TOMRA since March 2024 and as a member of the Swedish leadership team, Tessa previously worked at Fresenius Kabi as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing support in HR areas for production and support functions.
