Tiffany Huang Ou-Yang is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in brand design and innovation across various industries, particularly in consumer goods and pet nutrition. Currently serving as the Global Head of Brand Design for Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Skin Health at Colgate-Palmolive since July 2020, Tiffany has held multiple key positions within the company, including Head of Brand Design & OmniChannel Experience for the APAC region. Prior to this, Tiffany worked at Procter & Gamble from March 2004 to June 2020, where roles included Global Design Director for Gillette Venus and Pampers. Tiffany's earlier career includes positions at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK and DiJulio + Associates. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Guided by a philosophy of “Natural Care” they donate 10% of profits to charitable organizations; encourage employees to use 5% of their paid time in volunteer work; adhere to standards of natural, sustainable, and responsible; and do not test on animals
