Andrew Sham

Andrew Sham has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Operating Partner in Waiting at Tom's Watch Bar since September 2022. Since November 2020, Andrew has also been self-employed as a restaurant consultant. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Lupe Tortilla Restaurants from April 2021 to September 2022, Director of Operations/Operating Partner at LA Crawfish & Pho from November 2018 to November 2020, and General Manager at Equinox Union Street from May 2014 to September 2018. Andrew's career includes significant positions such as Senior Manager at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, Consultant at Rush Street Culver City, and Multi-Unit Senior Operations/Training Manager at Saddle Ranch Chop House, among others. Andrew attended Houston Christian University from 1998 to 2000 and graduated from Clements High School in 1998.
