Deniel Becker

Deniel Becker has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and development field. Deniel currently holds the position of AO Director of Development, Commercialization and Manufacturing Operations at TOMS, where they are responsible for various functional areas that impact the quality, fit, and comfort of TOMS shoes. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at TOMS, leading the Manufacturing Operations Team in Asia. Deniel was also the Head of Manufacturing Operations at TOMS.

Before joining TOMS, Deniel worked as the Factory GM at Aldo Nero Shoes, where they oversaw all areas of the factory, from design to product delivery. Deniel also served as the Tech Development Manager at RJR Studio and in a development role at Spectrum.

Deniel's earlier experience includes roles at ROFU (KEEN Footwear) as the Shoe Technology Manager and in commercialization, where they improved the quality and comfort of collections and introduced new standards for lasts and outsoles. Deniel began their career at ECCO Sko A/S Dongguan - China, where they served as the Product Development Manager and later the Development/Production/Quality Technician. During their time at ECCO, they were responsible for developing and commercializing styles and coordinating production processes.

Deniel Becker completed their education in the field of footwear. Deniel attended the Technical Footwear School - SENAI from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a degree as a Shoe Technician. Additionally, from 2000 to 2003, Deniel studied at SENAI - Footwear Technical School, gaining expertise in the Footwear field.
