Jessica Amann

Jessica Amann is the current Vice President of Human Resources at TOMS. Jessica has been with the company since April 2019 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Global HR Business Partner from April 2016 to December 2019. Jessica has also worked with Mozilla as the Sr. HR Business Partner from June 2014 to April 2016 and Chevron as an HR Business Partner from January 2013 to June 2014. In all of their roles, Jessica has been responsible for strategic planning, developing organizational capability, managing annual performance reviews, assessing employee development needs, and more. Jessica is a highly experienced Human Resources professional who has dedicated their career to helping organizations grow and develop their people.

Jessica Amann has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State Global University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. Jessica is certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in SPHR, by OSHA in OSHA 30 Hour, and by SHRM in SHRM-SCP.

Their manager is Magnus Wedhammar, CEO. They are on a team with Tim Frichtel - VP, IT Operations, Martin Dunstheimer - CFO, and Marie Thomas - VP, Applications & Integration Technology.
