Paweł Kośla

Paweł Kośla is an experienced software engineering manager and product owner with a robust background in agile methodologies and project coordination at TomTom since January 2010. With a progression from software engineer to leadership roles, Paweł has successfully led multiple projects, designed software components, and provided technical support to teams and customers. Prior experience includes roles as a lecturer and PhD researcher at Lodz University of Technology, where coursework included programming and data mining, and freelance software development with 3D Pro Sp. z o.o. Paweł holds a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Pattern Recognition and an MSc in Software Engineering, both from Lodz University of Technology.
