Tommy Laupsa FCCA, MBA, is a seasoned management consultant and executive with extensive experience across various sectors, including oil and gas, engineering, insurance, and banking. Since founding TON Business Performance Consulting W.L.L. in January 2013, Tommy has offered CEO and CFO advisory services, interim executive support, and GCC-specific service offerings that encompass strategy development, financial management, and transformation initiatives throughout the Gulf region. Previously, Tommy served as CEO of Innovation Team, CFO at RSA Insurance Group - Al Alamiya Insurance Saudi Arabia, and CFO at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where responsibilities included steering financial operations, compliance, and transformational projects for listed companies. Tommy's educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from MIT Sloan Executive Education, and a Chartered Certified Accountant designation.
