Joe Rodonis

Joe Rodonis is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in coaching, sales management, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Head Coach at Tonal since March 2022, Rodonis focuses on enhancing community strength and performance. Previous experience includes a role as Professional Model at IMG and leading athlete development at Tone House®. Notably, Rodonis managed a significant field service customer portfolio at Cardinal Health, effectively leading a team and driving strategic alignment with sales, while contributing to substantial revenue growth in various roles. Educationally, Rodonis holds a Finance degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
