Lyurui Liu has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technician at Tone Products Inc since April 2016, where responsibilities include conducting daily audits, inspecting production batches, and maintaining quality control programs. Previously, Lyurui worked as a Student Research Assistant at the FDA, leading research on the effects of water flow rates on E. coli during lettuce washing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Lab Technician at the Jilin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, focusing on chemical analyses of food samples. Lyurui holds a Master of Science in Food Safety and Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Quality and Safety from Jilin University.
