Charles Hearn

Charles Hearn is an experienced Sr. Project Manager at Toney Construction Services since January 2022 and concurrently serves as a Construction Manager and Consultant at Hearn Consulting Group since June 2017. Previously, Charles held the position of Director of Operations and Projects at PFES from July 2020 to January 2022 and was the Burrow Global Site Manager at MOTIVA PAC for Burrow Global Engineering from August 2018 to July 2020, where leadership encompassed the Engineering and Design team. Additional roles include Safety Manager overseeing a significant rework project at Jingoli Power, Project and Construction Manager at Stress Engineering & Construction, Project Engineer and Project Manager at North Star Energy Services, and Project Manager and Safety Manager at Burns & McDonnell, where management of multiple high-value EPC projects was a key responsibility. Charles began education at Texas A&M University from 1982 to 1984, focusing on engineering.
