Daniela Barros

Daniela Barros has worked in the Human Resources field since 2008. Daniela began their career as a Career Advisor and Recruiting Manager at the Career Services Office of Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. In 2011, they moved to Msearch - Grupo Espirito Santo. as an HR Consultant. In 2012, they joined Zalando as an International Talent Acquisition. In 2013, they took on the role of HR Generalist at Blip.pt. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Talkdesk, first as a People Development Manager, then as an HR Specialist & Senior Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are the Head of People at Tonic App.

Daniela Barros completed their PARH - Programa Avan\u00e7ado de Recursos Humanos degree from Cat\u00f3lica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2010. Daniela also obtained a Licenciatura Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Social degree from Escola Superior de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o - Porto in 2007. In 2016, they obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent.
