Noel Quinn

Noel Quinn serves as the Executive Director at Tonka United Soccer Association since July 2023 and as the Interim Head Soccer Coach at Saint John's University from August 2024. With a background in youth development as the Director at Minnesota United FC from March 2020 to July 2023, Quinn also held the position of ECNL Head Coach at Minnesota Thunder Academy from July 2019 to August 2020. Notable coaching achievements include leading Saint Thomas Academy to the 2016 Boys Class 1A Minnesota State Championship and receiving recognition as the 2016 NSCAA Minnesota High School Coach of the Year. Previous roles include Executive Director at Blaine Soccer Club and Director of Coaching for Eden Prairie Soccer Club. Quinn's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ulster University, a Master's degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Master Coaching Certificate in Soccer from the University of Delaware.
