Michael Kaplan

Michael Kaplan is an experienced implementation architect currently working at Tonkean since December 2021. Prior to this role, Michael served as a technical solutions engineer at Epic from August 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included supporting customer teams, resolving complex technical issues, and leading cross-application initiatives. Michael gained foundational experience as a technical student intern at AT&T Labs, Inc. during the summer of 2019, focusing on business analytics for the Quality Assurance team. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics and Information Technology from Rutgers Business School, completed in 2020, and has also briefly studied at John Cabot University in 2018.
