Rory John O'Brien is the current Head of Solutions at Tonkean. Rory has also previously worked as the Director of Customer Experience and Head Of Solutions at Tonkean for 2 years 9 months. At Tonkean, Rory created and built the Solutions Architect team, focusing on all pre-sales engineering activities. Rory has also worked as the Director Of Marketing Operations at ABUV Media for 1 year 3 months. At ABUV Media, Rory saved the company over $300k annually by upscaling & growing their offshore team. Rory created and implemented workflows for new email marketing processes used company-wide. Rory also managed and developed a team of 120+ remotely to tackle sales + marketing ops tasks, actively working on 12 projects.

Lastly, Rory has also worked as the Head of Marketplace Operations at RecruitLoop for 3 years 2 months before it got acquired.

Rory John O'Brien attended the University of Nevada-Reno from 2005 to 2009, earning a B.S. in Information Systems. During their time at UNR, they were active in the Delta Sigma Pi professional fraternity, serving as VP of Chapter Ops, Webmaster, and Secretary for 6 semesters. Their coursework consisted of Java, PHP, SQL, .NET, Visual Basic, Database Administration, and IS Management Consulting.
