Rocky Dallum

Rocky Dallum is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner in the Government Relations & Public Policy Practice Group at Tonkon Torp LLP since July 2014, where Rocky counsels clients on public policy agendas and government affairs. Prior experience includes roles such as In-House Counsel at Boise Inc./Packaging Corporation of America, where Rocky provided corporate legal advice and transactional support, and Court Certified Law Clerk for the Washington County District Attorney, representing the state in court proceedings. Additional experience encompasses various legal and outreach roles, including law clerk positions at the Oregon Department of Justice and Quarantine Home Office duties, as well as campaign management for political efforts. Rocky holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Political Science from Linfield University.
