Chris started their career at Safeco Insurance as a Senior Technical Analyst, where they provided support for PC, network, server, and telecom systems. Chris also played a crucial role in team member development and project direction.
Chris then moved on to RENT A CENTER, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Specialist and Altiris Administrator, providing Tier III support for various IT systems. Chris also assisted in mentoring and coaching team members.
