Lucas Bainbridge

Lucas Bainbridge is a developer in the Digital & Technology Team at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change since July 2022, where responsibilities include supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights, developing PowerBI dashboards, and conducting research to inform business strategy for 2025-2027. Previous roles include Analyst in the Strategy Unit and Policy Futures Research Intern at the same organization, where Lucas contributed to literature reviews and impact frameworks. Prior experience spans various sectors, including IT administration at Lux Nova Partners Ltd, research fellowship with the Civil Justice Research Initiative, and tech editing for The Rights Stuff. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UCL.
