Denise van Beek

Denise van Beek is currently the Head of Customer Support at TonyBet since October 2022. Previously, Denise held the role of VIP and Sales Manager at Cx fort from March 2021 to December 2022, where she managed and led teams of agents, Account Managers, and Team Leaders. Prior to that, she worked at Mr Green - part of William Hill, from June 2016 to March 2021, initially as a VIP Account Manager and later as the Head of VIP on an interim basis. Denise's responsibilities included building strong relationships with valuable customers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring tailored service and gaming experiences. She holds a degree from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
