Arindom Paul

Arindom Paul is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing & D2C operations at RPSG (Guiltfree Industries Limited), Arindom oversees the entire manufacturing vertical. Previous roles include Sites Head for Amazon’s East cluster, managing operations across six fulfillment centers, and Head of Factories at Marico Limited, where oversight included two fully integrated factories with a combined workforce of 600. Arindom’s career at Marico also featured leadership in strategic greenfield projects and management of product development and subcontracting operations. Early career experience includes a role as Deputy Manager in New Product Development at Huf Group. Arindom holds an MBA in Operations Management from Alliance Business Academy and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Gauhati University.
