Sruthi K

Sruthi K has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Sruthi currently works as a Manager - People Champion at Tookitaki, a Regtech company based in Singapore that provides enterprise-ready AML software solutions. Prior to this, they worked at FullContact Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, where they supported over 20 million personal and professional app users. Sruthi also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Profoundis and as an HR Intern at Practo and Bally Technologies. Additionally, they worked as an Intern at Bosch Limited.

Sruthi K started their education at St. Paul's College, Civil Lines School in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, where they completed their schooling from 1998 to 2004. Sruthi then attended PMS Public School in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, from 2005 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they attended Kerala School in Vikas Puri, New Delhi, from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their Senior Secondary School education with a focus on Humanities/Arts.

In terms of higher education, Sruthi K obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kerala. Sruthi also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from FISAT Business School.

In addition to their formal education, Sruthi K has obtained various certifications. These include "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Communicating Employee Rewards," and "Managing New Managers," which were all obtained from LinkedIn in May 2020. Sruthi also completed a Short-term Certificate Course on Essential Competencies and Skills for HR Managers from NIPM Kerala Chapter in September 2019.
