Kelsey Chappelle

Kelsey Chappelle has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Kelsey began their career in 1996 as the Director of Catering & Convention Services at Doubletree Hotel, where they worked until 1999. Kelsey then joined Hilton in 2000 and held various roles including Director of Sales and Specialty Sales Manager until 2002. In 2001, they briefly worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Doubletree Portland Downtown. From 2009 to 2018, Kelsey was Senior Business Development Manager at Visit Vancouver USA. Most recently, they have been with ToolBelt since 2019, initially as the Director of Sales and currently as the Director of Customer Success.

Kelsey Chappelle completed their undergraduate education from 1990 to 1994 at Whitman College, where they pursued a degree in Politics & Environmental Studies with a focus on Liberal Arts. After a significant break in their education, Kelsey participated in the Leadership Clark County program from 2017 to 2018, graduating as part of the Class of 2018. Furthermore, Kelsey has obtained additional certifications throughout their professional career. In 2015, they earned the Government Meeting Specialist certification from the Society of Government Meeting Professionals. Later, in 2020 and 2021, Kelsey obtained two certifications related to Customer Success Management, namely "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" and "Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management," respectively, from LinkedIn.
