Jakob Ward Pe

Jakob Ward, PE, is a Project Engineer II at Toole Design Group, specializing in the design of multimodal transportation infrastructure with a focus on active transportation from conceptual designs to final construction documentation. Prior experience includes roles at the City of Seattle as a Project Engineer and Transportation Design Intern, where Jakob contributed to small-scale city improvement projects in various capacities, including design, fieldwork, and project implementation. Additional experience includes serving as a Residential Advisor and Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington Math Academy and as a Research Intern at the UW Integrated Design Lab, studying energy efficiency in the Bullitt Center. Jakob began their academic journey at the University of Washington, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation.
