Nicholas Oyler is a seasoned planning professional currently serving as a Planning Manager at Toole Design Group since April 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Bikeway & Pedestrian Program Manager for the City of Memphis from September 2016 to March 2023, where efforts focused on enhancing conditions for walking and biking in a city historically centered on automobile traffic.
