Bernie Vogel

Bernie Vogel is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Tooling Systems Group, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Bernie operated as a consultant at Bernard A Vogel from May 2022 to April 2023, and spent nearly a decade at Roll·Rite in multiple leadership roles, including Director of Operations & Lean Development. Other significant positions include Warranty Department Manager and Transmission & Compressor Project Manager at Alma Products Company, CEO of Lean Designed Tools, Design Engineer at Dynamic Manufacturing LLC, and various engineering roles at TB Wood's and Collins & Aikman, where Bernie implemented lean principles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from the same institution.
