Lee Childers

Lee Childers has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Lee currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Tooling Tech Group and also held the position of Chief Operations Officer at the same company. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operations Officer at TRICO Group, LLC. Lee also has experience at IAC Group, where they held the roles of Vice President for Strategic Planning and Sales, as well as Vice President for Advanced Development, Tooling, and Manufacturing Engineering. Before joining IAC Group, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Lear Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Plant Manager at United Technologies, responsible for overseeing operations and budgets.

Lee Childers attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they pursued a dual degree in BA Chemistry and BS Business & Administration. Lee focused their studies on the field of Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
