Tooling U-SME
Frank Smith started their work experience in 1994 as an Account Manager for Bailey Controls Company/ABB Inc, where they focused on export business development. In 1999, they transitioned to Minerals Sales Manager for ABB, and later became the US Sales Manager for Mining and Metals. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the US Sales Manager for the Minerals North America Division. Frank then took on the role of Sales Manager for Lifecycle Services from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they became the Manager of Sales Operations, overseeing a staff of 25 people and responsible for growth initiatives and sales efficiencies. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the US Sales Manager for Power and Water at ABB, where their focus was on increasing volume, margin, and EBITA targets. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Tooling U-SME as the Director of Corporate Sales.
Frank Smith has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Youngstown State University.
