Tooling U-SME
Thomas Torres has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and web development. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Engineering at Tooling U-SME since June 2008, Thomas leads a team focused on enhancing the Tooling U-SME website and Learning Management System. Prior to this role, Thomas held senior programming positions at GovTech Solutions, New Media Communications, and Technology 4 Democracy, specializing in internet applications for government entities. Earlier experience includes software engineering at IdeaStar, Inc., and senior web development at Innis Maggiore Group, with a strong foundation in technical support at Kent State University. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University.
