Gabriela Thumé

Gabriela Thumé is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Tools for Humanity, where the focus is on building Worldcoin since April 2023. Previously, Gabriela served as Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Computer Vision at Extend AI from 2020 to 2022, researching and developing Machine Learning models and computer vision algorithms. Gabriela co-founded Codai, a startup aimed at enhancing human creativity through AI, and worked as a Software Engineer specializing in computer vision and ML at The Grid. Early career experiences include teaching internships at Universidade de São Paulo and positions at Mozilla Corporation and CCG, focusing on multimedia virtual actors and software testing. Gabriela holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade de São Paulo and Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, respectively.
