Kjetil Rugland serves as the Technical Service Manager at Toolserv AS since September 2019, previously holding the role of Technical Service Representative. Additionally, Kjetil co-founded Blue Lice in February 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Halliburton from December 2012 to August 2018, where responsibilities involved delivering completion products and services and participating in all phases from well solution development to offshore installation.
