How does it work? 
On the Toolsquare platform, users can find and book all machines .  Also on the platform, the lab manager can supervise the lab and assign access rights.  
In the lab, each machine is connected to a Toolsquare unit on which  a user must identify himself before being granted access. On the unit, the operating or safety procedure can be displayed. Also, machine problems can be easily reported.   And all usage is recorded and tracked on the platform.
