David Truyens

David Truyens has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as co-founder and CTO at Toolsquare since January 2018. At Toolsquare, they developed a hardware and web platform for factory floor management. Prior to that, they worked as a Solution Architect at Cadac Group from April 2017 to June 2019. From July 2016 to January 2017, David was a Simulation Business Development Specialist at Autodesk. Before that, they served as a Technical Specialist at Datech from May 2012 to June 2016, where they analyzed workflows and proposed improvements for design departments. David also has experience as a Consultant Mechanical Solutions at ProDesk from November 2005 to May 2012 and as a Prototype Engineer at Parisi Racing Systems from May 2005 to October 2005. David began their career as a Design Engineer at Amcor, where they worked from an unspecified date in 2003 until 2005.

David Truyens completed a Master's degree in Industrieel Ingenieur Electro-Mechanica from the University of Antwerp, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
