Paul Field

Paul Field serves as the President of The Referees' Association since January 2005, where a key objective is to enhance referee quality through initiatives such as a national Quality programme and a youth council. Field also holds the position of Senior ESG Lead at Toolstation while previously serving as Head of Quality and Compliance at Ideal Sourcing. As a business owner of Onside Trading, Field specializes in consultancy, international trading, and business mentoring. Additional experience includes roles in product development and quality assurance at various companies, leading significant growth and operational success. An educational background in Mechanical Engineering was obtained at Greville High, Alcester, from 1979 to 1985.
