Toon City is the animation production house for major clients such as Walt Disney Television Animation, Universal Animation, Warner Brothers, Nelvana, Xilam Animation and others providing the very best in high quality 2D hand drawn digital animation, Harmony Cut Out, and Flash animation artistry. With over 350 artists, Toon City can simultaneously produce three 2D hand drawn digital animation shows, five Harmony Cut Out and two Flash shows.
