Dr. Manoj Rajan has a diverse work experience in the dental field. Dr.Manoj is currently the Co-Founder of Toothlens, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Dr.Smilez Group of Dental Centers for 13 years, from January 2007 to June 2020, where they served as the Chief Smile Officer. Before joining Dr.Smilez Group, Dr. Rajan worked at Rajan Dental as a Consultant Prosthodontist from January 2002 to April 2007. Dr.Manoj also had the opportunity to work as a Prosthodontic Mentor at Nobel Biocare from March 2005 to March 2007.
Dr. Manoj Rajan has a diverse education history. Dr.Manoj obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from TN DR.MGR MEDICAL UNIVERSITY in the field of Dentistry in the years 1992-1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Prosthodontics/Prosthodontology from TN.GOVT.DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL from 1997 to 2001. In 2005, Dr. Rajan earned a Diplomate National Board in Prosthodontics/Prosthodontology from the National Board Of Examinations, NEW DELHI.
Dr. Rajan also engaged in further education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, completing a part-time Master of Science (MS) program at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 2015 to 2016. Dr.Manoj also attended various online programs such as the Google and ISB online Certificate in Online Marketing in 2018, as well as completing a Certificate in Social Media Marketing through an online institution.
Additionally, Dr. Rajan has obtained multiple certifications from Google, including the Google Ads Measurement Certification, Google Display Ad Certification, and Google Search Ads Certification, all attained in May 2020.
Moreover, Dr. Rajan participated in entrepreneurial programs, including the YCombinator Startup School in 2020 and the ISLabs Idea to Startup program, which further enhanced their business acumen and knowledge.
